Non-personalised items

You have 8 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Individually packaged branded products must be returned in their original packaging. Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Personalized items

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive faulty, we cannot accept returns for:

Refunds
