Fiscal policy
We ship our products all over the world. Therefore the prices of the products in the store are displayed including and/or excluding VAT based on the geolocation data. During the checkout process, the correct tax is applied based on the shipping address provided:
Shipping in Italy:
No tax will be applied to all customers in Italy as we are exempt from it.
Shipping to individual customers within the EU:
All individual customers within the EU will not be charged VAT.
Shipping to business customers (B2B) within the EU:
For all business (B2B) customers within the EU with a valid VAT number, the tax will be reduced to 0% during the checkout process after successful VAT number verification.
Shipping outside the EU:
For all customers outside the EU, VAT will be reduced to 0% during the checkout process in our shop. Important: VAT may be charged in the recipient country by customs along with import duties, according to local import regulations.
Please contact your local customs to check the import duties and VAT applicable to your country. All shipments outside the EU are processed as Delivery at Place (DAP) shipments. DAP means that we, as the seller,
are responsible for delivering the goods to the specified destination, but the buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. This includes any potential VAT,
import duties or other taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities. Please be aware of these potential charges and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Order processing time
Our normal order processing time is 2-4 business days unless a Preorder or specific delivery time is indicated.
Orders requiring customization may require additional time.
On rare occasions (such as peak periods at the end of the year, lockdowns, etc.) our processing times may be longer - we will inform you in a visible place on the web page.
Delivery time
We collaborate with GLS courier to guarantee the most effective, reliable and economical shipping of your package. For most countries, the courier selection is made based on some factors such as destination country, package value, size and weight.
In some countries, the Customer can personally choose from all available delivery methods.
Average delivery times are:
Italy – 1-2 days
Europe EU countries – 3-7 days
Non-EU European countries – 5-10 days
The United States – 3-4 days
Canada – 3-4 days
Rest of the World – 7-14 days.
Delivery times are calculated on working weekdays starting from the day following receipt of confirmation of order completion. The delivery process may also be delayed by customs if you are importing products into a country outside the EU.
Parcel tracking and receiving
All packages we send include a tracking option. Once your order is completed you will receive an email with tracking details. The carrier may also send you emails and/or SMS messages with updates to keep you updated.
If for any reason a package cannot be delivered, it is the recipient's responsibility to contact the courier to arrange redelivery or collection. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or the package will be returned to the sender.
It is important that the recipient provides accurate and up-to-date contact information to the sender and monitors tracking information to ensure timely receipt of the package.
The recipient should also be willing to accept delivery or make arrangements for an alternative delivery location if necessary.
By adhering to this policy, we can ensure that packages are delivered to the intended recipient in a timely and efficient manner.
